I got off from work at 4:00pm today and made my way home for dinner with my family. Reason? It's Singapore's Eat with your Family Day today. It's been a successful initiative by the Ministry of Community Development since it started. Employees are released from work earlier so that they can make time for dinner together with their families. As the saying goes, the family that eat together, bond together especially so in our time.
