I decided to blog about this instead of the 1% CPF restoration from the employer's contribution. When we need to cut cost or overheads, we cut drastically, swiftly and deep enough to make an impact. We have been slow to restore what was taken and although it's never a good time to tell someone/anyone that he got to pay more now. But in a way, if we don't see a full restoration within the next 5 years, nothing is likely to happen.
