Heavy Rain

Heavy downpour on this friday morning. Many of my colleagues reached the office around 10:30am. Jurong and the central area seems to be badly affected by the rain and traffic jam.

It's rare to see this situation in Singapore and let's hope there will be no more flood at Orchard road or somebody's head is going to roll in PUB.
